Forward-deployed engagement at Benmore: end-to-end ranch operations platform for a Durham, KS cattle feedlot. Offline-first mobile (React Native / Expo) for cowboys in the pasture, Django + Postgres on the server side, multi-tenant scan flows for arrival/intake/sort, head-count invariants enforced through a HeadCountService, and Apple App Store-grade release discipline (purpose strings, account deletion, in-app disclosures). Currently piloting with the Texas ranch onboarding flow live; full case study and on-site walkthrough video below.
